FAMILY Reconnection COACHING
Come with the tangle. We’ll find the thread.
Coaching for adults with a family relationship that has gotten complicated. You don't have to know what you want before we begin.
20+ years of experience with families, by video, across any distance.
You try to do what they ask of you, and it's never quite enough.
So sometimes it's easier to just avoid them — but that breaks your heart, because distance isn't what you actually want.
When you do talk, the emotion floods in fast, and you feel attacked before you even know what happened.
What you really want is simple: to feel relaxed around each other again.
You've already tried everything you know how to try.
Most people arrive at one of three places.
I don't know yet.
Something is wrong. I can feel it. But I couldn't tell you what I want or what should happen next.
I want to reconnect.
I want to be closer to this person, and I'm willing to find out what that would actually take.
I need to let go.
I've tried. It hasn’t helped, or the relationship isn't healthy for me. I need help finding a way forward.
Before you can decide what to do about a relationship, you have to understand what's actually happening inside it.
That's what the Untangling Session is for.
Whichever door is yours, it starts with understanding what’s happening.
Today's conflict Almost always has an older layer underneath it.
Think about the rings of a tree. Every year it adds another layer, and the earlier ones don't disappear — they're still in there, holding the shape.
People work the same way. Something that happened a long time ago can still shape what feels threatening now, what you expect from someone before they've said a word, and how hard you react when something familiar starts happening again.
The goal isn't to excavate your history. It's to understand enough of what's underneath this conflict to make a clear choice about what comes next.
What we’ll look at together
The conflict you're in now
The pattern underneath it
The older layers that keep getting activated
What each person is actually experiencing
What you want now
What you're willing to do
What makes sense next
There are two ways to begin.
Not sure which to choose? If talking face to face feels like too much right now, start with Olive Branch. You can always go deeper later.
A private voice-message intensive, just you and me, over about a week.
For when you want to be heard by someone who knows this territory, but you're not ready to sit down face to face with a stranger. It's real work, and it's a genuine taste of how I think.
As soon as you pay, I'll email you everything you need to begin — including how to find me on Voxer. You can send your first message the same day.
Untangling Session
90 minutes · $350
Over 90 minutes, we'll slow down and look at the whole knot: what happened, what keeps repeating, and what still feels charged when you think about reaching out or staying away. Old experiences often shape what feels threatening now. Seeing that clearly can make the next step feel less loaded.
What we'll do together:
Map the relationship and the patterns that keep you stuck
Separate what's yours to carry from what isn't
Get clear on what you want, even if that's "I don't know yet"
Leave with one or two grounded next steps that fit your pace
Hi, I'm Kelsi.
I've spent my career sitting with families in the hardest part of their story: the silence, the last text that never got answered, the holiday that went sideways and never recovered.
I don't come in with an agenda. Some of the people I work with reconnect. Some find a way to love someone from a distance. Some finally let go, and stop carrying guilt that was never theirs. My job isn't to steer you toward any of those. My job is to help you see the whole tangle clearly enough to choose.
What I bring: a long history of working with attachment and family patterns, a steady presence when things get loud, and honesty, even when it isn't the easy answer.
I work from Mazatlán, Mexico, with people wherever they are, over voice and video.
A clear word about what this is.
Let Go Coaching is coaching, not therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If I see that therapy would serve you better, I’ll tell you and help you find someone. That’s me being honest, not turning you away. Coaching also means I can work with people anywhere.
