You don't have to know what you need before you start.
The Untangling Session — 90 minutes — $350
Bring the complicated relationship. We'll slow it down and look at what's actually happening
We start with the relationship,
not with a plan.
You tell me what's happening. Not the tidy version — the real one, with the contradictions in it.
Then we slow down and look underneath the argument you keep having. Together we work out what the actual pain point is, which patterns keep repeating, what older layers are getting activated when you two collide, and what you want now — which is often not what you wanted five years ago, and is worth saying out loud.
By the end you'll have language for something you've only been able to feel.
Sometimes today's conflict has an older layer underneath it.
Think about the rings of a tree. Every year it adds a layer, and the earlier ones are still in there, holding the shape.
People are similar. Earlier experiences shape what feels threatening now, what you expect from someone before they've spoken, and how hard you react when something familiar starts happening again.
We're not going to excavate your whole history. We're going to understand enough of what's underneath this conflict for you to make a clear choice.
One session is a legitimate ending.
Some people leave the Untangling Session with exactly the clarity they came for, and they don't book anything else. That's a good outcome, not a failed one.
This isn't an intake call dressed up as a session. It's ninety minutes of real work, and it's built to be worth it whether or not you ever speak to me again.
Afterward, we decide together what makes sense.
There's no predetermined program everyone gets funneled into. The relationship decides the path.
Depending on what we find, the next step might be any of these. We'll talk about what continued work looks like, including cost, during the session. Nothing is decided in advance.
Nothing further
You got what you needed. Go live your life.
Reconnection Coaching
For when you want more closeness and you're willing to find out what that would take.
The individual work comes first.
If both of you are open to it, each person has their own session with me before anyone is brought together — so I understand each experience, and can tell whether a shared conversation is actually a good idea yet.
Readiness doesn't mean you agree about the past, and it doesn't mean the hurt is resolved. It means there's enough willingness to enter the conversation differently.
Together Coaching
When both people are ready, we move into shared sessions.
My job isn't to become the permanent translator between you. The individual work is what makes it possible for each of you to bring your own experience into the room.
The question that organizes everything: what are you willing to bring into the shared conversation?
Moving Forward Coaching
For when the relationship can't be what you hoped.
You reached out and got nothing back. You were ignored, or ghosted, or you've realized that continuing in the current shape isn't healthy for you.
We work with grief, with boundaries, with the questions that will never get answered, and with the difference between what you can control and what you can't. Letting go doesn't necessarily mean giving up on the person — it can mean letting go of the role you've been playing, or of waiting for someone to change, or of the idea that you can repair a relationship by yourself.
A referral to therapy
Sometimes the next right step isn't another coaching session. If something surfaces that deserves its own therapeutic space, I'll say so and help you find the right person.
Two steps.
First, a short form. It asks what's happening, what you've tried, and what you want — nothing clinical, and there are no right answers. It exists so we don't spend the first twenty minutes of the session on background.
Then we meet for ninety minutes, by video.
You don't need to solve anything before we talk. Bring the complicated parts. Bring the questions. Bring the uncertainty.
